The staff made me feel relaxed and welcomed after a long flight. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked omelettes. The hotel provided a shuttle to the city center, which was very useful. The gym room had a good range of cardio equipment.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in a nice area and very close to the expressway for easy access to the East Bay Area. The room was fantastic - clean and recently remodeled. The staff was amazing - they were very friendly and accommodating. it was a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great with easy access to the BART train system, making it convenient to explore SF, Oakland, and points in between and beyond. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained outdoor pool and a well-equipped fitness room. Additionally, we appreciated the attention to cleanliness with hand sanitizer, equipment wipes, and soap readily available throughout the hotel.
For us, the thin walls were a bit of a drawback as we could hear our next-door neighbors perfectly, leading us to switch rooms due to the noise. Furthermore, the interior design, while visually appealing, lacked proper sound acoustics, resulting in echo-like phone conversations when talking to family.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the housekeeping staff were prompt in responding to our requests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing us to have a restful sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a restaurant and bar that stayed open until midnight. The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to get to, with nearby transportation options like the BART station in Carmel, CA.
